4. The procedure for placing Orders, pricing, exchange.

4.4. The administration reserves the right to change the delivery time of the order with the subsequent notification of the user.

4.5. The visitor (Buyer) agrees that the price of the goods put into the "basket", its assortment and quantity will be relevant only at the time of the formation of the "basket" and may change if the purchase was not finalized by clicking the button " place an order ”,“ buy ”.

4.6. The Visitor (Buyer) agrees that the Goods purchased by him cannot be exchanged and returned in the following cases:

4.7. With this Agreement, the User (Buyer) confirms his awareness that only new goods that have not been used and have no traces of use are subject to exchange or return: scratches, chips, scuffs, must be preserved: a complete set of goods, integrity and all components packaging, labels, factory markings and the Visitor (Buyer) has the original document confirming the purchase of the relevant Product. Violation of any of these points leaves the Administration the right to refuse the Visitor (Buyer) to exchange or return the goods.

4.8. When ordering goods on the website, the User (Buyer) confirms his consent to receive information about the production date, shelf life of products in the format provided by the manufacturer's brand, in particular, using the batch code applied to the product packaging or other manufacturer's markings.

4.9. If the Visitor (Buyer) refuses the goods, the Administration returns to him the amount paid by the Buyer, with the exception of the Seller's expenses for the delivery of the returned goods from the Buyer.

 5. Limitation of liability of the Administration
