Exchange and return
According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII dated 05/12/1991, perfumery and cosmetic products cannot be exchanged or returned.
We understand that even in the most ideal production, a defect may occur or something may go wrong during delivery - just describe the situation to us in detail, and we will help you figure it out as soon as possible!
For example, if upon receipt you found that the goods did not correspond to the order or something was damaged during shipment - please do not pick up the parcel from the department / courier and send it to us. We will receive the package and contact you to discuss further steps. If the order has already been paid for, we will clarify the details with you and refund the money to the card.
We will not be able to accept products purchased in another store with opened packaging or used for exchange or return.
